Motivational Interviewing:
Motivational Interviewing enhances motivation for change by resolving ambivalence. It involves a collaborative partnership between therapist and client, emphasizing respect for the client's autonomy and eliciting their intrinsic motivations. MI aims to empower clients to make their own decisions and commit to change based on their values and goals.
