Available Position: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (Remote)
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, licensed in the state of Maryland, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will initiate competent clinical one-on-one therapy with our clients, assisting them in identifying their therapeutic goals and ultimately cultivating beautiful minds one day at a time.
Responsibilities:
Individual/Couples/Group Therapy (wherever you feel most comfortable)
Diagnostic Assessments
Clinical Documentation
Client outreach (when needed)
Our ideal candidate will have:
3 years of relevant experience
A Master’s Degree
Maryland State Licensure
Strong skills in individual therapy, psychoeducation, anxiety management, and grief counseling

For clinicians interested in maintaining a small part time caseload, we ask that you work your way to a caseload of ten and aim to maintain at that amount.
For those are a bit more ambitious and have the schedule to bare a full caseload, we max out at 25 clients per clinician.
We keep the max caseloads at 25 because our goal is to avoid burnout by all means.

We primarily work with women but welcome clients of all backgrounds. Our clients seek help with a variety of issues, including depression, trauma, stress management, anxiety, grief, and more.

we support work-life balance by providing flexibility in scheduling, allowing therapists to work on weekends, evenings, or early mornings. We also offer quarterly wellness activities for staff to unwind and contribute to continuing education, ensuring maintaining licensure is one less stressor.
